Decision to exit Managed Funds
It is with a heavy heart that we have decided to say goodbye to our Managed Funds business or more formally, effective 30 June 2013, RaboDirect will shut down the Managed Funds business, discontinue our investment offering and terminate our IDPS (Investor Directed Portfolio Service).
Closure of the Managed Funds business will not impact your deposit holdings.
Q: When do I need to sell my Managed Funds holdings by?
A: You will need to sell all of your current Managed Fund unit holdings before 11am on Tuesday 21 May 2013 (Sydney time). Selling your investments can be done by logging into RaboDirect Online Banking. Any units that have not been sold by you by this time will be sold by RaboDirect, on or after Friday 24 May 2013 at the effective market sell price for the date of sale. The proceeds from all sales of your units will be deposited directly into your High Interest Savings Account upon settlement.
Q: Where can I find more information on my holdings?
A: You can login to RaboDirect Online Banking to view your holdings or statements. You can call us on 1800 445 445 8am-7pm (Sydney time) Monday to Friday.
Q: I have lost my Digipass, how do I logon?
A: If you have lost your Digipass, please call us on 1800 445 445 8am-7pm (Sydney time) Monday to Friday.
