'On Hold'

The RaboPlus Investment Committee may place a fund manager and/or fund 'on hold' if it no longer meets our ongoing selection criteria. The Investment Committee will usually only take this action as a temporary measure and where the outstanding issues are likely to be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

When a fund is placed 'on hold', customers are no longer able to make new or additional investments in the fund. RaboPlus will continue to administer customer investments in fund, and in most cases, customers will be able to withdraw their investment.

If a fund manager is placed 'on hold', the Investment Committee may also decide to remove any or all existing funds of that fund manager in line with the selection criteria. Placing a fund manager 'on hold' will prevent customers from making new investments into any funds offered by the fund manager.

The role of the Investment Committee is not to verify the quality of the fund managers and/or funds, but to safeguard the guidelines and procedures of the selection criteria and process for adding or removing fund managers and/or managed funds offered through RaboPlus.
