What is a telephone PIN and why do I need one?
This is a 4 digit number that is used for identification purposes when you call our Customer Experience Centre. You cannot use 4 consecutive or repeated numbers, or your date of birth. It is important to remember this number as you will need to quote it when calling customer support.
