Applying for an account with RaboDirect
Why can I only open one account with RaboDirect?
If you open an account with RaboDirect you will get access to a number of products such as a High Interest Savings account, a PremiumSaver account, ability to set up Term Deposits and the ability to buy Managed Funds.
If you want to save for special purposes e.g. a holiday or children education, you can create a purpose savings account within your online banking. This account will have the same interest rate and bonus rates as your High Interest Savings Account (Master account).
Outside of this we don’t allow multiple accounts per legal entity as this has consequences for us and you in regards to Australian laws and regulations e.g. the government guarantee is limited to 1 million dollar per entity.
