How can I change my initial deposit?
If you have not verified your linked yet and you have received your Digipass and initial PIN, you can login to the Online banking and click on the “Verify linked account” text in the first screen. This will bring you to a page where you can cancel you initial deposit or any other products you have selected during the account opening process.
Alternatively you can call the Customer Experience Centre on 1800 445 445 between the hours of 8am and 7pm Monday - Friday (AEST time) and we will assist you changing your initial deposit.
