Applying for an account with RaboDirect
I forgot to write down my BSB and account number, where can I find it?
There are several ways to get your BSB and Account number, it depends a bit on your situation:
- If you have already received your welcome package (including the Digipass), then you can find it on the welcome letter or the small card on the welcome letter.
- If you have already received your welcome pack and initial PIN, you can login to the online banking and see the BSB and account on the first overview page
- If you were shown a BSB and account number at the end of the application process, you could have printed this or you might have downloaded the PDF confirmation.
- You can also give us a call on 1800 445 445 between the hours of 8am and 7pm Monday - Friday (AEST time) and we will be able to help you.
- Any savings account statement you have printed or download in the past will have your BSB and account number.
