Applying for an account with RaboDirect

Why can only 1 authorised signatory operate on an account (Joint, Trust, Business, DIY)?

We try to bring banking to you in the most efficient and cost effective way, to ensure we can offer you the best rate. This is why we have chosen to only have 1 Digipass per account. If for legal or other reasons you would like to lodge and additional authorised signatory on the account (so that this person can call us and discuss account details or request information) you can request a form and instructions via our Customer Experience Centre on 1800 445 445 between the hours of 8am and 7pm Monday - Friday (AEST time). Please be aware that any additional Authorised signatory will need to be positively verified by our staff (either via electronic means or certified ID).
