Applying for an account with RaboDirect

Why isn’t my initial deposit showing in my RaboDirect account?

It could be that you did not have sufficient funds in your linked account to cover the amount you chose to have transferred.  Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your linked account to cover any initial deposit amount or Term Deposit you have chosen to make. This will be transferred from your linked account into your RaboDirect the day after you verify your linked account.
