An old adage but very true, one unhappy customer costs more than 50 satisfied customers. Pam Casella posted on her blog “why people hate banks”, bemoaning the fees charged for services, or in this case lack of service!! And there is no shortage of these types of stories.
Bank bashing is a popular sport and continues to be so.
