RaboDirect is a division of Rabobank Australia Limited ABN 50 001 621 129 AFSL 234 700, whose ultimate parent entity is Cooperatieve Centrale Raiffeisen-Boerenleenbank B.A. ('Rabobank'). Rabobank has guaranteed payment of any liability of Rabobank Australia Limited incurred on or after 5 October 1994, including any liability in respect of a deposit made on or after 5 October 1994. This guarantee is not secured and its amount is not limited. The guarantee does not extend to cover any amount invested in, or any return in respect of, any investment fund offered through this website.
